The Street Scent was born out of the desire to capture the essence of street culture and fuse it into fragrance and other essential commodities as well as provide luxury niche fragrance that could be accessible to everyone. We are a bold, expressive brand that celebrate originality, self-expression, and comfort. We take inspiration from fashion, street culture, urban cities, people, lifestyles, music, and art.
Founded in 2023, inspired by the vibrant energy of cities and cultures around the world. The Street Scent as a concept was idealized by Asukwo Monday who had spent over 7 years working with LVMH Sephora Perfumes in France and the Middle East and Kering Fashion House ‘Saint Laurent’.
His goal is to build a bridge between designers and Niche fragrance by creating innovative scent that appeals to people from different background and making them accessible to everyone. Moreso, it was his intention to design niche fragrance that are bold, creative, and expressive, taking inspiration from the fashion industry, culture, people, roots, memories, places and designing each fragrance as an art piece.

“For me Fragrance is an art. It is not just about the smell or memories attached to it but most importantly about self-expression, which is very noticeable in the fashion industry especially street style fashion. Each fragrance should embody how one feels when wearing it. With that in mind; I design fragrance to represent people, roots, culture and to tell stories with every collection.” The Street Scent celebrates originality, freedom and the art of self-expression keeping true to its name.
