Refund and Exchange
At The Street Scent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Fragrances and personal care items cannot be returned if they have been opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Clearance or final sale items

The Street Scent reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
